This is brilliant! How/where do we sign up for the Mossmoon Mother Circle?

"What are you welcoming back up...?" I appreciate the questions at the start of this post so much. Timely and thought-provoking. Thank you.

Just gorgeous. What gifts. I can’t make the mark-making group (but if there’s another in the future, I’ll be there!) but can make the other two ❤️

Oh Kerri, YES, YES, YES to all of these gatherings. I too am struggling to write in these times and long for community… and my hands in the soil xxx (soil kept changing to soul as I typed it… that seems right 🌼)

This sentence is sparking so much -- "A pathway away from the solitary writing life I craved for so long, towards a community of woman, standing all together, under the same moon." My sister and I were talking yesterday about this newish yearning to just be in community with women and babies, and yesterday I listened to an interview with Patti Smith where she spoke (again) about being "for the children" - as in, that's what she stands for - and all of this is feeling so connected and so very true. Thinking about how to bring all that together. Cannot make any of your offerings but I am glad you are offering them!

Communities of women, yes, so important. I am in a period of extreme fatigue as I navigate perimenopause and eventually menopause, a rebirth into I don’t know what, but something:) on the other side. In the meantime, I’m trying to rest and be with my garden, my family, and the women who are my companions. Thank you for this Kerri.

So sad not to be able to make mark making care taking as I'm doing a workshop for my writing community that evening -- it's in it's 4th year and is called 'Kith' because I also so much wanted something that is communal and it's wonderful -- what people produce in a couple of hours and the care with which they hold each other is so heartening. So deeply resonate with writing not being enough in these times -- has to be writing plus others plus rest ...

but will put the other two in the diary. Huge thanks. xx

'the idea of a single ribbon tying us each to the other' - yes, just this thought is comforting in an uncomfortable time.

Your words come to me just when I need them. I have been seeing visions of a group of women lately. A longing to belong to someone larger than myself. Thank you for such sweet offerings. I cannot wait to join 🌕🌙

This is just beautifully abundant. Thank you. There is an all day online silent vigil for Gaza today. You can join and stay however long you want. Let me know if you want a link Kerri. It is through this group who I have worked for. https://www.handsupproject.org/

YES, Kerri! ✨💙 How do you always manage to put into such beautiful words what I've been thinking and feeling?! I, too, am feeling this deep need for community and relatedness (as Ruth Allen beautifully says), and your offerings couldn't be more timely. Thank you 🙏🏻
