I’ve just finished reading this incredibly moving and inspiring creation CATALOGUE OF FAILURES curated by Alice Clough at Gray’s Wharf, Penryn, Cornwall. It was born from a series of conversations between Alice and other creatives around the idea of failure; which is a concept that I have been really thinking about for some time.
What does failure look like as a creative person?
As a woman?
As a mother ?
What about vulnerability?
What might it mean to lean into the idea that we are all so vulnerable; all so in need of deep care; all so capable of extreme failure?
How might this all feed into our ideas around collective care; around what it means to be in a body in a community in an ecosystem?
